BRIEF
isaintjames wanted a creative but minimal look to his album "Patterns". The design would be for both digital and print for vinyl covers and all streaming platforms.
WHAT WE DID
I came up with a couple variations and sketch ideas. isaintjames did the same and I made some adjustments as needed.
RESULT
We landed on a simple pattern of circles decreasing in size as it descended vertically. For the colors, I chose magenta, yellow and cyan. As the circles overlapped each other, I played around with blend modes and landed on some interesting results.
